HOLIDAY CRAFT FAIR
THE 48th ANNUAL HOLIDAY CRAFT FAIR HELD AT BONNY EAGLE HIGH SCHOOL HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL NOVEMBER 26th & 27th, 2021 DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
KEEP YOUR SPACE: We are holding the 2020, registered crafters applications/space reservations in anticipation of the November of 2021 holiday craft fair, which is always the first Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving. A friendly reminder that your bank cleared check or cash receipt is your "acceptance" into the craft fair.
REFUNDS: If you would like to forfeit your space, please email email@example.com as soon as possible since we do have a cancellation/waiting list. Should you request a refund, ALL REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON THE 10th OF EACH MONTH.
2021 CRAFT FAIR AT BONNY EAGLE HIGH SCHOOL
The 48th Annual (2020/21) is currently sold out as of 3/1/2020, but please check back for updates as we anticipate cancellations/refund requests.
Crafters from all over New England will gather on:
Friday, November 26th, from 9 am to 4 pm and
Saturday, November 27th, from 9 am to 3 pm,
for the 48th Annual Craft Fair at Bonny Eagle High School
The fair takes place at Bonny Eagle High School, located at 700 Saco Road in Standish, Maine (see map below).
The Craft Fair at Bonny Eagle High School features exclusively handmade crafts including: jewelry, ceramics, stained glass, paintings, ornaments, candles, quilts, specialty foods, and much, much more! The fair is sponsored by the Trustees of the Old Red Church in Standish, Maine, and serves as the organization's largest fundraising event. All proceeds from the fair support the maintenance of The Old Red Church and school programs, including scholarships awarded to Bonny Eagle High School seniors.
All work exhibited and offered for sale must be created by the exhibiting craft person. The resale of any item produced by another, commercial or handcrafted, does not meet this fair’s requirements. These items include:
Embellished or altered items substantially created/manufactured by another.
Items made from kits.
Items made substantially from electronically operated machines (for example, items produced by electronically operated knitting or weaving machines, even if the machine is operated by the exhibitor).
Prints and photographs are acceptable only if the original was created by the crafter.
The Old Red Church screening committee is responsible for the maintenance of the “original, handmade” criteria and may question crafters if there are concerns about whether or not crafters meet the criteria.
In view of these general guidelines, if there is any doubt about the acceptance of your items, please contact The Old Red Church at to discuss the situation. Please bear in mind that these rules were created to preserve the integrity of our fair. Compliance with these guidelines and rules will impact future invitations to participate in the fair.
Friday, November 26th, from 9 am to 4 pm (school opens to crafters only at 6:30 am)
Saturday, November 27th, from 9 am to 3 pm (school opens to crafters only at 8 am)
Space Reservation: Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Space Allotment: 5'x10' wall or 4'x10' center space is $120. Displays must be set up within the allotted space and manned by the person who designs and makes the craft.
Tables are an additional $10 each and includes a 30" wide x 8' long table.
Electricity is an additional $10, and you need to bring your own extension cords.
Chairs: Please remember to bring your own, as we cannot provide them for you.
All music must be played through headsets.
